Education Plus — Education Plus Nicaragua was founded to fight the problem of street children endemic to the greater Granada area. A holistic community development organization, today we serve over 250 children ages 3 - 15 and their families in the extremely poor community of Pantanal, Granada.

Education Plus is a grassroots organization that provides food, education, material assistance and love to the children of Pantanal, Nicaragua, who are among the poorest in the world. Working with the local community, we serve over 200 children ages 2 to 15 mentally, materially, and spiritually. We instill core values, teach life skills, and produce concrete results: higher school enrollment, improved grades, and elimination of malnutrition. Education Plus is a fully volunteer run organization made up of people from around the world coming together to change these children’s lives – forever!
